Franco Fernández
Mr. Fernández is an economist with a specialization in political economics from ITAM. His areas of expertise include political analysis, strategic planning, and energy regulation.
He has worked for over three years as a public servant: at Mexico’s Energy Regulatory Commission, as advisor to the President Commissioner, and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where, from the Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights, he carried out work to promote Mexico abroad and to attract foreign direct investment. He was also one of those responsible for the efforts to get medical supplies and vaccines to Mexico for the fight against COVID-19.
