Alejandra Garrido
Doctoral Student in Urban Studies from the Faculty of Architecture at UNAM, Master in Metropolitan Planning and Policies from UAM-Azcapotzalco and Bachelor in Sociology from the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at UNAM. She is also a professor at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences.
Mrs. Garrido has professional experience in public and private consultancies as Project Manager in participatory and strategic planning, real estate and urban development, recovery of abandoned housing and environmental improvement in México’s northern border, the State of Mexico, and Mexico City.
Mrs. Garrido main lines of research are focused on housing and real estate market, citizen participation, planning and public policies, spatial distribution of services and quality of employment.
